We had a rental from Richmond RV Rentals this past weekend. The rental process was super easy. Keith was available to answer questions. The rig was delivered and we arrived to a fully setup, super clean, fully functional camping RV trailer. There was a checklist of the cleaning process and "Josie" confirmed everything was completed. The rig was spotless. We could not have asked for a better weekend. Thank you!

Richmond rental will be my preferred rental business for enjoying the camping experience. From our initial contact on the website to the initial contact by phone we were treated with great respect. It made our NASCAR experience even better to be in a quality camper they had all the amenities that we needed. From start to finish this was a classy operation and with no doubt we will come back again I rate this company five stars

After having three trailer rentals cancel on us just days before an event that I was scheduled to attend, I stumbled across Keith at Richmond RV Rentals and figured I give I'd give them a shot and crossed my fingers that this wouldn't end up in yet another cancellation. After speaking to Keith briefly, he assured me that he wouldn't cancel and I booked the rental.

When I arrived at the event on the first day, the trailers was there waiting completely set up, just like Keith said it would be. The trailer itself was nice except for a few inconsequential wear and tear items and had more than enough room for the four of us that went in on the rental. We had no issues with it at all throughout the rental period.

On the last day of the rental, I contacted Keith a couple of times via text to wrap up the return of the trailer which he said he would pick up after we left the event.

This was a GREAT experience and I will DEFINITELY use them again and again.

How do you fit 14 people into a 3 bed room lake house for a long holiday weekend? Answer: Call Keith at Richmond RV Rentals. Now that my two brothers and I all have families, visiting my parents at the same time is really impossible. This last year and having all the cousins able to create memories together brought extra motivation, so I searched for options. After finding the option to rent a trailer, but not having much lead time, I found Keith. He was responsive, helpful and flexible. Couldn't have done it without him and will be doing it again in the future. I may even opt for the delivery service on something bigger than I can tow.

This little camper went above and beyond our expectations! We went from VA to CO and back again. The camper was equipped with everything our family of four + dog needed for the 10 day excursion. Keith even picked up the phone when I called in a flat tire panic and walked us through the process of using our own jack and tools. 100% recommend to anyone!

We’ve rented from another RV rental businesses in the past and had a horrible experience complete with dirty rental and AC breakdown. We are so glad to have found Richmond RV Rentals. The rig was clean, with all the amenities and Keith was so accommodating and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend! We will use again.

We had a great time! Keith made sure to go over everything before we left, the camper was clean and ready to go. When we had questions during our trip he was easily accessible by phone.

Awesome Customer Service. Showed up and was told how to operate the hot water heater and some other tips to make my trip to the races more enjoyable. Excellent Customer service. This is the fourth year renting a camper from them and have had not one problem.

Highly recommend renting here. They give first class customer service and clearly are passionate about helping families have a good time. Keith went out of his way to help us when the original reservation with another company fell through (due to my error). He was quick, gave thorough overview of the equipment, and was super friendly. Tell everyone to rent here!

Keith was very responsive during the entire process including the day of pickup and dropoff. He made sure we were 100% ready to roll and when a couple obstacles stood in the way he was quick to act and make everything work out perfectly. Looking forward to working with him again!
